01. HANNES RALL
Hannes Rall (aka Hans-Martin Rall) is an Associate Professor (tenured) at the School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Hannes is also an illustrator and independent animation director. Hannes Rall has shown his work in exhibitions and screenings and has been an invited speaker for workshops and conferences in more than 20 countries and over 250 film-festivals worldwide. His research and artistic work is focused on adapting classic literature for animation and the transformation of traditional Asian art forms for animation. He is currently working on the script for the animated feature film "Die Nibelungen" (funded by MFG Baden-Wuerttemberg) and two new animated short films: "As You Like It" (adapted from Shakespeare) and "The Story of the Ghost Ship" (co-directed with Kathrin Albers, adapted from Wilhelm Hauff).

02. O' NEIL BÜRGI
O' Neil Bürgi was born in 1981 in Arbon, Switzerland. 2002-04 Various internships in editing, image design, camera and video journalism. Since 2008 video editor for SRF (German Swiss Broadcasting Service). 2015-18 studies script writing & film directing at F+F School of Art and Design, Zurich.

03. ANA MOUYIS
Ana Mouyis is an Illustrator and Animator working in New York, USA. She received a BFA in Illustration from Parsons the New School for Design, where she is currently working as an adjunct professor, and an MFA in Animation and Motion Arts from Pratt institute. Since 2009 she has worked as freelance commercial artist specializing in illustration and animation, some of her clients have included: The New York Times, The Boston Globe, EMI Records, Interscope Records, Novartis, Pepsico, and Rebecca Taylor. In 2014 she co-founded Circle Line Projects, an experimental production. In addition to client work, she directs and animates independent short films. The first of which, “Pussy!” was released in 2015 and has gone on to appear in a number of film festivals and received an ADC Awards Bronze Cube.

04. IRMA OROZCO
Irma Orozco was born in 1983 in Guadalajara, Mexico. Since her childhood she was strongly attracted by arts, especially Film, Music and Painting. She learned painting as autodidact and had several painting exhibitions. She studied Graphic Design and Music at the University of Guadalajara, in Mexico. In 2009 she began her studies at the “Master of Film, TV, and Interactive Media” in Madrid, Spain. In 2011 she started her second Master in the “Media Production” at the Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe in Lemgo, Germany. Currently she is living in Germany, working as a freelance filmmaker, animator and visual artist.

05. STACEY STEERS
Stacey Steers is known for her process-driven, labor-intensive animated films composed of thousands of handmade works on paper. Her recent work employs images appropriated from early cinematic sources, from which she constructs original, lyrical narratives. Steers’ films have screened widely at venues including the Sundance Film Festival, Telluride Film Festival, New Directors New Films (New York), IFFR Rotterdam, Locarno IFF, MoMA and the National Gallery of Art (Washington, DC). Recently she has expanded her work to include collaborative installations that join invented, three-dimensional production elements with film loops, creating a new context for experiencing her films. Stacey Steers is a recipient of major grants from the Guggenheim Foundation, Creative Capital and the American Film Institute. She lives and works in Boulder, CO.

06. JULIANE EBNER
Juliane Ebner was born in Stralsund. She graduated as a church musician from the Hochschule für Kirchenmusik Dresden in 1993 and worked as an organist in Potsdam, Stralsund and Neumünster. Following that she studied theology at the Christian- Albrecht-Universität Kiel and graduated with a diploma in art from the Muthesius- Kunsthochschule Kiel in 2005. Since 2007 Juliane Ebner works as a freelance artist in Berlin and on Rügen, in the same year she began her work as a filmmaker. Juliane Ebner is a mother of three children, created countless movies and is working on projects and exhibitions in Germany as well as internationally.

Jocelyn Wat is an animator and illustrator based in Hong Kong. She studied aboard at the University of the West of England and attained the Animation (BA Hons) degree with First-class Honours. She is currently working as a graphic designer at a Branding agency, while pursuing her love for animation and illustration as a freelancer.
