Mag. phil. Evelin Juen. Born 1964. Study of art history and archaeology, Visual artist, author/journalist, singer/songwriter. Numerous trips through Europe and several stays abroad in Asia, South America and Africa.
"Art allows me to express my feelings, my philosophical thoughts, my love for the wonders of nature and my destiny to bring sensitive, positive and beautiful input into the world. Art is more than a obsession, art is my life.
Coming from traditional art sections, I started to explore the innovative methods of the digital world to connect many of my skills, open new doors for inspiration and enable a playfully connection of history and future.
It is important for me to create a poetic and mystic atmosphere in my artworks, not everything of the story I tell in my pictures is visible, it is always a secret in it and includes the wish, that the beholder gets involved deeper, by the feeling and thoughts, that I try to deliver in my 'pictured poems'".
