Jesús Ángel Pedraz Blasco is a Plastic Artist, Architect and Urbanist with more than 20 years of experience, Master in Architectural Communication, Expert in New Technologies and PhD student in the Architectural Communication Program of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
His research deals with the relationships between art and architecture, focusing on experimental processes of dialectical and syntactic communication with Oteiza and Serra pieces, and in essays on the sculptures transformation -existence philosophical positioning-, towards architectures -WORLD’S LIMITS FICTIONS-, through both virtual and face-to-face spatial devices, and edificatory constructions.
Currently, he writes research articles on these interdisciplinary creative processes, based on academic, experimental and applied essays.
He combines his research work with contemporary artistic practice, mainly within Grupo Seguí-CBA artists collective in Círculo de Bellas Artes (CBA) / (Fine Arts Institution), Madrid.
