The smallest crab in a group is late for the great migratory party of the mating season where he must win the heart of a female crab; not without first crossing the road that divides the mountain from the beach. Unlike the other males, he uses his ingenuity to make a series of inventions with trash that will help him get closer to the other side. After several unsuccessful attempts, he finally reaches the beach, but only to discover the tragic end of his companions who were also trying to get there.
