This film follows Seala, (25) who lives in a suburban estate apartment. She requires electricity to shower, attend Skype meetings and cook dinner. Right when she begins each of these activities the power goes off and she is frustrated. Her knee-jerk reaction is to go to her window to spy if it is the entire neighborhood or just her building, sometimes her apartment experiencing the outage.
