Junko Nagata was born in Tokyo where she lives and works. She has studied Buddhism Studies and History of China at the University of Bukkyo in Kyoto, Japan. Junko speaks Greek and she has received a certificate of Greek language from the Center for Greek Language. She is an author of many articles in magazines and on the internet promoting Greece to the Japanese audience. It collaborates with Japan's largest television channels and radio stations to present Greek news and current affairs issues. She is an amateur singer of Greek songs and music repertoire. She is the director of GreeceJapan.com
