Joy, an optimistic raccoon cub, and the villagers of Tidy Town have a plan to get rid of the plastic bottles coming from a factory that are destroying their town. When even the big bad water bottle-facturer comes to help, it becomes clear getting rid of the bottles won’t solve the larger problem at hand.
