The European Animation Center, a nonprofit organization, was founded in 2004 and focuses on the art of animation.
Since 2006 organizes the International Animation Festival in Athens (Athens ANIMFEST).
It also organizes tributes to animators, animation schools in various countries, meetings and workshops.
Since 2007 organizes the ANIMART - Experiential Art School.
In recent years, as ART/ European Animation Center has extended its activities in the audiovisual and visual arts.
