BOBE MAKES GEFILTE FISH 01:50

It was time for Bobe to start making Gefilte fish from scratch! The most delicious dish of the Passover dinner. Everyone always looked forward to tasting the delicious and fresh Gefilte. Bobe spends the whole day making it, from cutting the fish to making the dough and shaping the balls. Unexpectedly, the clueless son-in-law whom Bobe is not fond of, shows up with a store bought jar of Gefilte fish....which leaves Bobe is speechless.

'Small Hours' is a fully split/mosaic-screen 2D animation short, that follows two people's trains of thought, transitioning from one memory to another. As we dive deeper into the memories we transcend into the character's subconscious and lose track of reality.

Treasure is a story about Jun, a male character going through many obstacles to obtain special awards in a virtual game world. However, encounters with game glitches that resemble his daughter's favorite objects help him to realize that, to him, the real treasure is not virtual awards, but rather his daughter and his everyday life.

On an island, an energy-generating lighthouse to provide heat to keep the island warm and hospitable. However, with the lighthouse running out of energy, the island might end up with ice and cold. "K-273" is a robot responsible for replacing the energy core in the lighthouse. On his way to the lighthouse, he accidentally saves a squirrel from being frozen to death and takes it along. Yet, the lighthouse is losing energy faster than expected, and the severe weather is making this mission more critical.

Reyna is a 2D animated short film about Vina, this year's lead Queen in the Santacruzan festival, who struggles to get ready after members in the community make negative comments about her appearance. Joy, Vina's supportive sister, helps her to get ready and encourages Vina to embrace herself as she is by discussing the historical context and origin of these harmful comments before leading the festivities.

Manjadikaalam is a journey of a girl back to her childhood memories, where she used to collect 'Manjadi', the red seeds. She carried happy seeds of memory with her but kept unpleasant ones concealed in old glass jars. Years of metamorphosis left feelings of grief and loss in her. What remains with her is not anger nor dejection but lots of questions to self and to the world.
